Budding Chef's in Year 6

The children in year 6 made pizzas at the after school Cooking Club. The school was filled with the most delicious smell and they all looked good enough to eat just in time for tea , although the children were not too keen to share their creations with the rest of their family.

The children and staff light a candle to remind them of the candle they received which was lit from the Pascal Candle when they were baptised.

Parents are invited to make the sign of the cross on the childrens forehead as they did on the day they were baptised.

Baptism Assembly

We celebrate the anniversary of the children's and staff's baptism every month when they became members of Gods Christian Family. The statue of Our Lady reminds us that Mary was the mother of Jesus.

There are four houses in school, St David's, St Andrew's, St Patrick's and St George. The House Captains are responsible for leading their houses in sporting and social events.

There are twelve buddies in year 6 who are responsible for the younger children in Arrowsmith, Clitherow and Barlow. They are invaluable at the beginning of the day and at break and lunchtimes.
