160th Anniversary

On 17th February the school celebrates 160 years of education on its present site. There will be a special assembly and prayers offered for all those who teach and work in the school. A large celebration cake has been ordered and past members of staff and pupils have been invited to join us for assembly.

Skipping Workshop

The children enjoyed a day of skipping workshops with the whole school taking part. Some of the children in year 6 were very skilled at carrying out complex sequences.

Activities in the New Year

There have been lots of activities since the beginning of the New Year. The children in Clitherow Class have been busy making fruit kebabs and jam sandwiches related to their work on instructions.
